A Brief Guide

HOW WE DO IT		HOW YOU DO IT
	STEP 1 A computer driven blade cuts through the vinyl following the outline of your boat name.		STEP 1 Using masking tape attach to surface along the top edge creating a hinge like a letterbox.
	STEP 2 The excess vinyl is carefully removed.		STEP 2 Lift the vinyl up like a letterbox and carefully remove the waxy backing sheet.
	STEP 3 Your vinyl boatname is left on a waxy backing sheet.		STEP 3 Using your supplied squeegee carefully and firmly smooth down from the middle to the edges.
	STEP 4 Application tape is added sandwiching your vinyl.		STEP 4 Careully remove the application tape leaving your vinyl stuck to the surface..
	STEP 5 Your vinyl is now ready to be dispatched.		STEP 5 Stand back and admire your handywork!

Technical Specifications

All the vinyl that we use is manufactured to ISO 9000 Standard and is a high performance Polymeric Calendered vinyl.

This has an expected outdoor life of 7-8 years and is suitable for flat or slightly curved surfaces.

Returns Policy

As the vinyl lettering is cut to individual customer requirements, returns/refunds will only be made for faulty goods.
 If you receive a defective product, please email us at info@funkymonkeydesign.co.uk, or call 01590 671974, within 7 days of receipt, to arrange an exchange or refund. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall refund you immediately. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received and inspected the defective item back from you in its original packaging at your own cost. This cost will be refunded when the goods are exchanged/refunded.

We cannot accept responsibility for unsatisfactory application to the substrate or ordering the incorrect size.
Customers must test and satisfy themselves before application, as to the suitability of any product ordered from Funky Monkey Design Ltd and its subsidiaries’ and absolve Funky Monkey Design Ltd and its subsidiaries’ from any damage how so ever caused.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
